Default APR CHIP Boost test with VAG-COM

Has anyone done a boost comparison between the 91 octane APR program and the stock program? Does the VAG-COM give accurate readings for this parameter?

The APR chip is supposed to be in a 1 bar configuration. This would mean the Boost as read by the VAG-COM should be ~2000 mbar. Logs of my boost show readings in the 1700 mbar range which makes me think that I have a boost leak...

Thanks in advance!

Sure, let's hook up sometime. I live up in Longmont. I also have a VAG-COM if you wanted to borrow...

Peaks out around 3000 RPM between 1700 and 1800 mbar then is pretty level (low 1700s) up to ~6000 RPM.

Default Elevation, temp, idle

I am at ~5000 ft elevation, 70F temp and at idle I am at ~840 mbar.

Just did test with VAG-COM:
Stock ~1700 mbar
Chip ~1800 mbar

Default to me your stock boost is pretty high, i think it should only be 600 to 700 mbars over the idle 840

mbar reading. 1000 mbars(1 bar) over 840 is 1840 mbars so you chipped readings appear to be close to right. if requested and actual boost stay within 100 mbars of each other from 3000 rpms up i would guess there is nothing wrong. the stock mbar reading is the one i don't get.
