Default AR 4.2 experiences road hazards....!

Yes, some idiot with an open pick-up. Looked like an airborne surf board, except it was hard plastic. Kissed my front bumper, grill and front section of hood. Had everything I could do to keep my wits about me. Of course, the driver did see the whole thing, and decided to speed away. Obviously, he wanted to keep his insurance record clean. Me, on the other hand, face a $500.00 deductible. At least no one was injured.

Replacement front bumper, new grill, repair/paint hood. Decided to have the impact sections of both front/rear bumper painted body color while in the shop. I would suspect this will not add much to the total repair. Hell, probably less labor with the front bumper. Sorry for ranting on.

All I got was the first 3 #s of his plate. Not much good here in MA. State trooper stated if it were to happen again, for me to stay with the vehicle at a safe distance, turn on my flasher's, and contact the state police to dispatch a cruiser. Hmmmm, all I remember is being PISSED, and trying not to create a chain of accidents. Hell, with my luck I would follow the guy and he would go into road rage and pull a gun......!!!!

Default Interesting Antenna

Nice antenna. Is this the norm for radio and satnav ? Any idea if it can be retrofitted ?
