I've tried searching. Having problems with getting the two
13mm bolts to line up. The top assembly of the air spring
seems to be hitting the inner fender wall and pushing it
outward. There is no build up of anything up there and it's
clean of any debris.
Has anyone that installed this kit have
to do any inner fender modifications?
It seems my only solution is to make a dent in the inner fender
to make room for the top portion of the air spring assembly to
allow the mounting holes to allign. Either way I lost a few hours
of labor cost and had to put the stock air springs/shocks back.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Luis,
Make sure the cap on the top of the air spring is screwed down all the way. If the cap has a gap around the bottom of it where fits against the air springs' top, it will not fit in the car. If you are still having problems,or dont know for sure what I am talking about, please snap a quick picture of the air spring and e-mail it to me at adam@arnottinc.com
Thanks
Adam

The cap is fully tightened. I've got plenty of room up and down.
However I've got no room for lateral movement when the mount
of the air shock is flush to the car. I can move it outward but I
can't move it inward (towards center of car) enough to line up
the two 13mm bolts.

Installed 2 Arnott GenII rears today. Comment from the Audi tech "Boy I've never seen an allroad fill up so quickly. Must be the sleeve around the bladder." I'm a happy customer. They feel good...maybe a tad bit jumpy at the level one in the rear, but livable for now. FWIW LPS74, two techs and myself had to work together for about 5 minutes to get the 13mm bolt holes to line up on the right rear spring, one pushing in on the thing & another working the wrench, and me holding my breath. At one point the rubber mallet did come out, but the hits weren't hard, just taps.
