ON the AT5 transmission is there a low fluid sensor that will put out a tranny code?

I've been monitoring the tranny pan cover and there is some fluid around the gasket. I will be replacing the fluid, filter and gasket in a month or so. I am just worried if the fluid is actually leaking will I get a warning code if the fluid gets dangerously low?

I know nothing about low level sensors on the trans. I noticed in your signature that your 02 TIP is recoded-shift on the fly. How and where did you get that done?
Thanks

No sensor that I know of. Even if it is leaking & it's just a little oily thats not likely enough fluid loss to be worried about between now & when you get the service. When you leave trans. fluid on the ground then worry.

only works if you have the gear shift buttons on the multifunction steering wheel.<ul><li><a href="http://allroadfaq.com/content/tip_recode.shtml">http://allroadfaq.com/content/tip_recode.shtml</a</li></ul>
