Audi 2.7t clanking noise
Had low oil pressure light. Turned off car. Dropped pan, the oil pump pickup had no gunk or metal. The chain looked tight, pump looked good. Not too much sludge. Changed sensor for oil pressure and oil level. Filled with 0w-40 and filter. Start car. Watch the video, it sounds horrible. Shut off almost immediately as I want to not have to replace big expensive parts. Need immediate help; as it’s my daily driver. Sounds like it’s coming from the top end. Clanking, tapping, not slapping. Sounds like a diesel. Doesn’t rev either.
