I work on the eastside but live and get auto work done in Seattle. I have used Meto Auto Rebuild (Capital Hill at Pike & Melrose) for work on Toyota Tacoma, Tundra and Mercedes e320. Very satisfied with service and support. A little pricey, but worth it. Phil Smart Mercedes Benz referred me to them.
I also believe that University Audi has their own body shop. No personal references though.

Queen City Auto Rebuild. Ask for either Steve or David. Not cheap, but the best IMHO. Factory authorized for MB,Porsche, Audi, Ferrari, VW. (425) 883-3300

University Audi does have their own body shop, but I can't recommend it - took them two visits to fix up my bumper and exhaust from a rear-end collision, and the exhaust is still misalligned and scratched.
Don't hold these comments against the University Audi service dept. - they are top-notch. It's the body ship I have qualms with.
