I've noticed that when I turn up the volume I have 1/8 turn of lost motion (slop) on the volume **** before I feel the first click to increase the volume. Turning ccw to decrease the volume does not have this problem. The station **** is nice and tight like new. Car was new Aug '03. Waiting to see if it gets worse before I have the dealer yank the radio. Anyone experience a similar **** issue?

Yes (mine's a 03). Suggest using steering wheel buttons instead.

I'm not complaing becaus dealers sends out radios...don't want to drive with out one...unless it dies...
