Default (Boulder, CO) - Seeking Summer Jobs/Internsips Ideas or Opportunies...?

As many of you may know, this forum (ar specifically) houses a large number of Boulderites. With that said, I am a Senior Mechanical Engineering Major at CU looking to find a job or internship for the summer. I am interested in any outdoor job, any technical automotive related job, or basically any unique job. I was considering going down to Autosport Werks in Broomfield to see if they needed any help during the summer. I currently work as a Zamboni driver for the CU rec. center, and as a part time Ski Instructor for Beaver Creek.

Any fun creative job ideas would be considered as this may be my last "free" summer for a while...?

Default Check with Boulder Parks/Rec...they have a ton of stuff for summer positions

from camp counselors, sports camp organizers, Open Space management, etc. I ran a sports camp for 12 year olds one summer while in college, what a hoot. Biking, kayaking, camping, climbing, team sports....that was one of the most fun summers I had while in College....challenging kids that wanted to just play hard all summer long.

Default Check out the Transportation Museum in Denver, That's if it's still there

I haven't lived in the Boulder area since 1986.

Default If that is the one I am thinking of....that is the REI flagship store now.

I think they relocated all the trains and vehicles up north somewhere. Wasn't it called the Forney Museum, or something like that?

Unless you are talking about something else.
