I burnt 1 quart between 0 and 5k, and 1/2 quart between 5k and 10k... I'm waiting for much less burn before I change. Guess I'll do the change myself if audi won't pay for it - I might need a new floor jack to lift the allroad though - mine isn't rated for that kinda weight!

when I got my first flat 2-3 weeks after getting my car. It was perfectly aligned on the ridge/in the groove, but there is actually an area on the jack made of plastic that supports weight of the car, this gave way, causing 2 metal flanges to splay outward, then the jack dropped down straight about an inch, which warned me to let go of the wheel I had in my hands, 2 seconds later it collapsed the rest of the way with the front rotor resting on the inner surface of the wheel. Could've lost my hands had the "warning" not held for a second or so. Audi agreed my jack appeared defective and gave me a new piece of ****, just like it. I bought a heavy-duty full scissor, hydraulic that has worked very well for the 2 flats I have had since then.
I would use jack stands and blocks if I were to get under this big beast.
I do not have the turbo engine, I used 1/2 qt in the first 5k, zero in the next 5k, and zero in the last 2.5k.
Switching at 15k sounds like a good idea, but no one really knows what's best. On the S4 forum a poll with more than 500 respondants (including S4s and 2.7T A6s) showed cars running with synthetic were much more likely to have turbo failure than those with dino oil (on S4s, no diff in 2.7T A6s as they had very few failures)...of course, that is an association, not necessarily causation, there are confounding variables also. I still use synthetic.
