Default CA Drivers - anyone been to Thunderhill?

I've been researching driving schools in Northern California and Thunderhill seems nice:

Anyone here attend their classes? Can anyone suggest another school that allows you to bring your own vehicle? Skip Barber at Laguna makes you drive Dodges - eeeep

Never been to Thunderhill but I would recommend Skip Barber 3 day driving school. Even though they are Dodge's and open wheel autos it's an amazing experience. Also, you don't own the car so no worries if there is an accident (unless you are found to be totally irresponsible)

I found it to be a great experience. Makes you appreciate racing and also improves your every day driving.

Except for Laguna Seca, it's the best track in the NoCA area. Many of the Quattro Club instructors also instruct the TH Street Schools.

NASA (National Auto Sport Assoc.) runs the show at Sears Point and allows you to run your cars at HDPEs. They're a little bit more loosely run than TH or the Q Club, but it's still quite fun. They also get a rare date at Laguna.

Default Mostly looking fer...

a place for my girlfriend to work out her lead foot under the watchful eye of a high-speed driving instructor. I think she'd really dig doing racing school in her Audi or an Audi. Are there any outfits that do that type of stuff at Laguna Seca?

Last I heard, the Quattro Club was still trying to get a date at Laguna for the latter half of the year. Otherwise, your options are:

NASA, if they have any dates left (usually only once or twice a year)

Todd Serota's group called TracQuest (He has an event scheduled for 4/20-21 already sold out but you can sign up on a waiting list. He also has Mon.- Tues. Nov. 11-12.)

BMW club, might accept non-BMWs, don't know their schedule offhand.

I think there is yet another group that runs at Laguna but I can't think of it right now. ;-P
