can I wax my allroad's roof, fender flares and bumpers ?

so I may just wax the plastic stuff to protect but not pre-polish next time.

I mean, yes, they're made of plastic, but they're also painted.
Having said that, yes, polish makes them too shiny. I just use a paint cleanser (S100) and wax.

I accidently touched my fender flare with the PC and now its nice and shiny in one spot. Beer and detailing don't mix
]
I use a cleaner and a wax on the flares, bumpers and roof. They look basically the same when I am done, but they are protected and clean.
