Default I Had a Rear Tensioner Error Recently

Thought it was the igniter, but the code cleared on its own and hasn't come back. Talked to a tech friend who claims that if the seatbelt doesn't retract all the way or is wrapped around a car seat too long that a code can result. He claims the system can be flakey - throwing codes that will ultimately clear. If they don't, then you have a genuine issue.

Try clearing it and watching to see if it comes back.

Default Re: Can someone explain some of these codes please?

First of all, for those intermittent codes, maybe caused by disconnecting the conectors when repairing.
So, those codes should be cleared, and check again.

17862 - Exhaust Gas Temp Sensor 1 (G235)
- MAYBE G235 need to be replaced.

00785 - Temp Sensor in Instrument Panel (G56)
- Instrument Panel Interior Temperature Sensor -G56- integrated into A/C Control Head -E87-, cannot be replaced individually.
- So, A/C control head -E87- MAYBE need to be replaced.

01272 - Positioning Motor for Central Flap (V70)
41-10 - Blocked or No Voltage - Intermittent
- MAYBE "basic setting" can solve it. MAYBE motor is bad. MAYBE flap is blocked by something.

01212 - Belt Tensioner Igniter; Rear Passenger Side (N197)
- check the connector under the rear seat bench first.

01039 - Coolant Temperature Sensor (G2)
- MAYBE G2 need to be replaced.
