Default Cargo Net

Does anyone know if the cargo net that attaches to the roof in the rear can be taken out? I am trying to install some kids seats and the 3 pt harness is running over top of it which I don't like.

Default The owners manual is your friend. Yes it's removable...

Retract the net if it's attached to the headliner.

Fold the rear seats down.

Move to the passenger side rear door opening. There are two small tracks the net attaches to on the seat backs, you cannot see them when the net assembly is in place. Pull the assembly toward you. It will move about 4 inches. Lift the assembly up and remove.

Default Yeah, saw that. It shows the net coming out but not the whole mechanism.

Default Yes. the "doggie divider" is removeable. It is slid into a slot on the right rear seat back.

Instructions .....

First, drop the divider/allow it to roll up inside the contraption.

1) fold down the rear seat back on the driver's side.

2) fold down the rear back seat on the passenger's side.

3) go back over to the rear driver's side. Push the divider contraption toward the passenger side. You should feel it slide about 2 1/2 inches to the right. It might be jambed on there pretty tightly. I need to give mine a pretty good thump on the end to move it.

4) Once slid to the right, the contraption should just lift away from the surface of the seat back.

5) Admire your disassembly skills. Reattach your child seat latch lines.
