center seat belt buckle sitting below the plastic grommet....
I've tried forcing my rear center belt buckle up past the plastic grommet but I just cannot get it to move. Can someone tell me how I can fix this without visiting the dealer?

probably need to pull out the bench portion of the seat. Lots of pix in the archives to explain...
