Change oil and added a K&N and my gas milage went up 70 mile per tank.
It went up from 290-360. I Know it wasnt the oil change be could i have been using M1 for a while now.

I'm noticing my oil getting dirty more quickly with the K&N
maybe becuase I've been driving thru that filthy road salt/sand combo alot more often, but car desperately needs an oil change.

I notice an effect every year when the "winter" gas hits the pumps.
Although I also remember a time when people used "heat" or isopropal alchohol on a regular basis or icing problems would result. Maybe a loss in fuel economy is not too bad if my car keeps running in the winter.
