Default Checking suspension with Vag-com

The vag-com diagnosed that there was no communication from the suspension module,i sent the module away for inspection, they diagnosed the module was faulty and repaired it, after plugging the module back in the fault is still the same as before, the jack light is on on the dash and the bottom green led is flashing and the suspension does not work, any ideas please as where to go from here.

Default you might try disconnecting the ground from the battery to "reset" the

computer in the car and see if that cures it?

A company called Autotek, who specialise in ecu repairs, they are based in Dorset,England.
They diagnosed no voltage through the module and replaced the necessary chips, £139 for the repair, new module costs £360 + vat.

Default No.You would have to have a method to test it like the factory that designed it.

Most places specialize in one or two modules, because you can have everything for everyone. And the fact that it's doing the same thing would lead me to believe they did, Nada.

Trying a disconnect reset will do nothing, you have already had it out and after a half hour or so the residual charge clears. SO just shipping it back and forth would have accomplished this. No Commo, is a dead module or a bad wire.
