Since having my (completely rediculous) experience with the only PDX area Audi dealer, I have decided to collect stories and try to provide links to service alternatives for locals. So many people have a horror story to tell about Sunset Audi in Beaverton OR... and they are the only franchise.

If you are in Portland OR and have stories, hints etc, please feel free to share for the good of the locals..

You might want to enter your comments on this dealer rating website to "even the playing field". Also you might call Robert at Too Quick's German Auto in Tacoma 253.537.3546 for a recommendation of a good PDX Indy shop. I have good and bad experiences with Sunset. I like their new service advisors; much more personable than the old ones. Their female scheduler is worthless.

I've had great experience with Matrix.

Your sunset website doesn't allow anyone to register, so it's not too useful.
