I need to replace my coil conversion and was wondering what size bit is needed to remove the six bolts that hold the bracket to the shock/spring. Are they torx, allen or something else? I want to make sure I have all the required tools before tackling.

It's a 12-point Torx, properly known as an XZN type. For the life of me, I can't remember the size but it's either M8 or M10. Arnott supplied standard hex head ones as replacement for the XNZ head ones with their latest Gen I air spring. You might be unlucky in that the head is rusted or stripped from one but a vise grips should be able to help there...

You need a triple square 8mm bit driver. I just did mine last weekend with Arnott Gen II airsprings.

Where can you get them from? Chain or specialty store?

Someone said you could get them at Autozone but none of them had them in our town. I ended up getting mine from a tool dealer that frequented car dealerships.
