Coolant Reservoir Weeping Hose? HELP PLEASE
allroad gurus,
I am doing a tune up on my allroad 2.7T and I Am following the spark plug swap by Robert Gedeon.
I did everything he shows to do, but when I pulled away my coolant reservoir theres this hose at the bottom of it that is just open ended, I am almost positive it was not connected to anything. The other end of it is cut in a angle(45 degree)
My question is where does this go back when I am done? How do I route it.
Please, really needing your help. Maybe if you can show me a image for the visual.
To see what i am talking about Please see images attached.

You route it between (behind) the heatshield (directly below overflow hose) and the fenderwell...so if the cap overflows, coolant is routed away from the exhaust/turbo.
