Could a 2.7t allroad beat a 2.5xi Subaru Outback 0-60? My buddy just gone one.

I agree, level playing field. The Outback would not be smart to pick a fight with something else.
But you should make it interesting...Race to the grocery store. Load with equal amounts of produce and various canned items, pick up the dog from the groomer, and then back home to make dinner for the family.

We have a 2005 outback xt which is similar and off the line it will drp the audi but
once your at speed it's pretty even, above 90 mph the Audi wins. Outback is much lighter and the power band is more instant on if that makes sense
