Darn it...the free ETKA sites are down (vagcat.com) or most likely taken off the web.
My russian is a bit rusty but roughly translated it seems that the Vagcat site was a trial that has expired. They state that the full version can be found on the linked website that you'll see but that's only a Web development product site.....****....
Do we have any similar web based resources for ETKA? Anyone, anyone......Bueller?
