Britax Marathon. We have the same issue...
Our daughter, 20 months old, is 33 lbs and equally tall. She'll be out of the Roundabout in the Explorer in a month or two.
I have a Britax Marathon- basically a bigger version of the Roundabout- in the allroad. Handles a child up to 65 pounds and 49" IIRC. And much broader in the shoulders. Plus it has 4 shoulder belt slots, versus the 3 in the Roundabout.
