Default That's awesome. If you get a set, I'll help install ....

your place or mine.

Do you really want 800 lb fronts? Though I bet your A4 is stiffer than that.

Default Yeah I brought 2B solution up a while back but experience with them

(they are somewhat local) was less than acceptable... I wanted to throw a ****load of money at them for the upgraded TIP and Andrew couldn't be bothered to follow-up, email or call. I know people use them and seem happy but for me I would go to Stasis and have them fab something... much better to deal with.

Default Just finished a coilover conversion.

I just finished putting coil overs on mine. I used the Avant set from H&R and made my own spacers. It seems fine rides fine doesn't bottom doesn't clunk. Cost me less than $1800. The H&R set was $750 on sale and my own spacers I would probably sell in the neighborhood of $600. But add the four new perches and bump stops and your up around $1750 so those are a decent deal. Oh don't forget if you have a torn boot or tie rod end you add $100 per piece and by the time I was done well it cost.....

Default Not sure, any suggestions?

I figured I would call 2Bennet and see what they suggest. I don't tow with it, but I do have the 3rd row seats and have the kids back there occasionally, so sometimes there is an extra 150lbs in the rear.

I want something firmer than stock but not full autocross...

Any suggestions on spring rates?

Default IMHO, don't count on selling the used parts..

perhaps the compressor you will sell. Some have tried to sell the springs. Given the labor time and cost of the install, it doesn't pay for anyone to use other than new.

Default Probably right, but no harm in trying to sell them after the install

You are probably right. I have seen some folks looking for ridiculous money for used parts, but I would bet there are some Do-it-yourselfers out there who wouldn't mind paying maybe $350-450 for a set of 3 good air springs.

Time will tell. I have nothing to lose by trying to sell them after I put the kit in...
