Default Discovered a new feature today... i love that...

You guys probably know this one, but figured out today that if i turn the power mirror switch **** to the passenger mirror setting, then put the car in reverse, it will adjust the mirror down all the way looking toward the ground so I can see the curb etc. Then when i put it back into drive it returns the mirror back to where it was set before. Man they really thought of a ton of great little details on the ar, too bad they didn't fix the BTL and slushy TIP-tranny.
Have you discovered any 'hidden features' lately?

Default I was so excited when I got the car that I RTFM cover to cover

How about programming you key FOB to the seat/mirror presets? How about being able to fold the mirrors back by rotating that mirror **** all the way to the back? How about the doggie net? The headlight washers? The rear fog light(s)? Manual suspension mode ('01 only)? Jacking mode?

Default You can fold the side mirrors manually..........

My stupid friend who is a mechanic folded in the passenger side mirror. I was thinking he broke it but when I turned the **** to fold mirrors I heard a loud click and the pass side mirrors reengaged normally.

Default AR is for **** retentive

I did the same thing. Took me awhile to convince myself that I really had headlight washers, though.

Default I believe you can also program that 'curb' position...

Have to RTFM to get the procedure, but I'm pretty sure you can get the look-down position recorded with you memory 1-2-3.

The feature I can't live without now is the parktronic w/ the tilting mirror. Easiest car to park.

Default I was used to the 'mirror-dip-in-reverse' trick...

from the BMW ... but I like Audi's option to actually defeat the system if you don't want it to dip down.

Hidden feature I 'discovered:' Sunroof is actually one touch (open and close) to and from 'vent' position.

Nice.
