Do I need to idle a few minutes before turning off the AR

Do I need to idle a few minutes before turning off the AR
or did Audi include electric oil pumps on timers, to protect the turbos?
I know for most cars with turbos, it may take several minutes for the turbos to spin down, after being driven. I've followed the practice of idling my former turbo diesels (Mercedes) to keep the oil circulating through their bearings. This prevents oil breakdown and "coking" of the turbo bearings.
I'm just wondering if I still have to do that with the allroad, since there are two turbos to take care of, or if Audi was nice enough to implement timed oil pumps.

The automated oil circulation does not kick in until....
260 or 280 degrees, or something high like that. I always warm down, everytime I turn off the car. At the minimum I let it cool down for thirty seconds, usually enough time to let the song I am listening to end, or the talk radio to cut to a commercial.

Keep the habit; 30 seconds is enough unless driven hard
Its not a bad habit to keep cultivated, though driving moderately the last few blocks before parking should give the turbos plenty of time to shed excess heat. No need for longer cool down unless you blew into the garage immediately after a hard run.
I always idle while I turn off the stereo, stow my sunglesses, etc. before shutting down. Aux turbo cooler kicks before the temp is high enough for coking. However, I've always felt a blast of cold air on a red hot turbo impeller is probably just as bad as coking.
BTW, My 300D ('84) had 340K miles when I sold it...never had a turbo problem.
