Default Driver Information system menu display
Call me confused but on page 131 in the manual it shows the menu display button. I don't have this button just my cup holder. Is this an optional feature? Thanks.

Default Wrong, no "menu" button even with Nav
I have the Nav, and the picutre in the manual is incorrect... There is no "Menu" button above the Nav dial.

Does anyone know how to bring up the Driver Information System menu?

So everyone agrees where the menu button isn't - does anyone know how to access the driverinformation system menu?
