Default ECU, APR Chip compatibility

Hello all,

I have a 2002 allroad 2.7t automatic and I saw a 2001 S4 B5 ECU with APR chip automatic. Since they are both the 2.7t engine and automatic would they be interchangable?

Thanks!

The ECU's are not compatible.... is this just the chip, or the entire ECU?

Roger that. The entire ECU is not compatible - different part number entirely.

Default Re: Had both in the 02, MTM had better low end torque, APR better mid and high range

If APR the flash load is a good way to go.
