Default Euro Lower Grill Guard Search???

Saw this photo and was wondering if anyone has a source for the middle lower front bumper. The aluminum wraps up further then ours and I like the offset. Plus would help clean up some scrapes I have on my bumper.

Got the picture from a 1999 (?) sales brochure listed on eBay. It does look different but wondering if the earlier models from the Euro market sported this option. LL Tek was working on a front bush guard. Last I spoke with them they had put the project on hold due to Audi halting NA production of the AR

Default Here is a whole batch of pics.......in color too! (girlroad color) I remember.......

reading once that it was a 95% working concept for the allroad. The pictures seem to positively confirm this. I always liked the lower aluminum "skid plate" myself. If you look at the updated version of the Volvo XC70.......they took the idea from this. Also, check out the wood inlays in the rear hatch area, the aluminum mirrors, and the euro spec passenger mirror.

http://www.fourtitude.com/gallery/gallery2.php?mode=album&album=/Audi/Studies/allroad%20quattro</a

Default A buddy of mine lives in Germany and said most of the ar there have

big tires and big brush gaurds in front. Said some of them even have the front lifted alittle more then rear for that offroad look.

Someone do it here so we can see some pics.

Default No, but me too :)

I have looked for tires with a sidewall like that, but nothing found yet...

There was a poster here a while ago who was going to mount up some burley truck tires, but I don't know if it ever happened.

I too would really like to do that. Even if they are a little taller... Speedo might be a bit off but hey, the warranty will last longer
