Getting frustrated.....and very, very upset.....
Just received a call from KMD and it appears that one of the K04's is "somewhere" in between Germany and the U.S.
KMD's supplier made everyone believe that it takes between 7-10 Days to get the Turbos (to KMD).
So far I'll play along and its fine with me.
Now, noone knows how long it takes to get them here or how long they could hold them in Customs before the Turbo will get shipped to the supplier.
Not blaming anyone, for sure not KMD because he has to rely on someone elses word.
But to be honest, if I had known that the Turbos are coming from Germany I would have had them here in 2-3 days.
Now it is going into the 4th week soon and to me it is wasted time, and Money of course.
I just had to write off my frustration here, maybe I expected a bit too much for a $11.000,00 Package deal....and I'm still very upset about this mess.
Perhaps its time to change my Sig...???

Thanks Paul, I do remember, I just do not have the patience, not for the money spent..
and even though it is a police car...its still a Ford ;-)
I'm just upset because I could have made it soooo quick and easy to get the Turbos....if I would only had known....

i saw over the past week k04 prices have dropped quite a bit too. there were 2 companies in the
states that posted they had good quanitites of k04s in stock this week on s4 board.

Thanks Steve, it seems the opposite is valid for the RS4 K04's ;-)
The estimate for the K04's with piping and Gasket is $3.000,00....so I don't think I'll get a break here anyways. But we'll see it when the final bill arrives.
And trust me, if I'll get charged somehow for shipping costs from Germany then I will climb up the wall...
