GIAC + lease --> any recomendations?

Default Am I wrong here?

Wait, I thought the GIAC was simply a programming thing? Do you need an entirely seperate chip to do the GIAC? Why couldn't you just switch back to the stock program when you return it to the dealer if this is the case? Does it save settings?

Default it is programing... however could be a problem getting your hands on the OEM software in a pinch..

paul is sugesting installing the software on another ECU and keeping the stock one handy incase you need to go to your dealer for service or when i return the lease
