Can you help a clueless AR driver?
I'm willing to drop the cash but not quite sure why.
What are they going to add to my everyday driving experience?
Is there a discernable difference?
Wouldn't an investment in good tires be money better spent?
Please comment.
Thanks!

if you really want to see what they are like, find someone here with a set and see if they will take you for a ride in their car, or if you ask nice they might let you drive.
you should be able to tell the difference even just going around the block in a subdivision.

Do you like to dive into a turn?
Do you feel the car lean when you change lanes? Is it something you would like to change?
Do you think the control of the car is a bit "floaty"?
If you answered YES..then h-sports are for you and worth the $$. If you say no..then pass.
Tires will only impove the grip to the road..but not help what ties the car to the wheels.

by 128% doesn't sound good to you, then go for the tires. However, don't upgrade the ECU software without them (H-Sports) unless you never drive hard in the corners.

They so improved the ride and handling of my car that I went from merely liking it to loving it. They made it fun to tear into corners - bringing to the fore the weakness of the stock wheel and tire setup. Then it was the slack in the drivetrain, the distance between the gas and brake pedal, the fact that a chip would be really nice...
In short, if you don't want to catch the mod bug, don't get the H-Sports.

The summer tires improved the ability to go around corners faster but the increased lean was uncomfortable. Put the summers back on a few days ago. Everyone on this board said to do the H-Sports first and now I agree.
