Has anybody looked into adding an HD Radio tuner to the stock audio system?

I wouldn't bother, except most of the time in the car I listen to NPR and the dorks broadcast in AM here... would really be nice to get "FM quality" sound.

Just get Sirius... they broadcast there as well.

I have an irrational distaste for subscription pricing models.
