There is a tech article (linked) which states:

"...269mm x 20mm rear A8 upgrade kit will work on the following cars:
... allroad: AWD, 2.7T ..."

It uses the b5 s4 rear calipers, and the a8 rotors/caliper brackets.

Pretty sure that is what the 4.2 ar has on the rear; possibly different part numbers

Where did you get the rear calipers?

You got me wondering if you could buy rebuild calipers from an auto parts store, and return allroad calipers for core. I don't know if chain auto part stores even sell Audi parts?
