Has anyone self installed the trailer hitch?
What was your experience? What was the hardest part of the install? If you had a dealer do it, how many hours labor did they charge?

Mine was dealer-installed, and the standard time to do it is supposed to be three hours. One complicating factor is that the install requires removal of the shock-absorbing mechanisms in the rear bumper. I still have mine in case I ever wanted to reverse the install and have the hitch removed.
