Default Heading for Taos, NM any allroads in that town?

Mrs. Robbie and I are taking a little western road trip in acouple of weeks, will drive the ar. A while back I thought we had a poster from Taos, if so I'd love to ask a couple questions about the area. We are also going to Durango, Moab, and Canyon deChelly before heading back to Mobile.

Default if you come through Denver stop to say "Hi"

and, depending on your route to taos, if you get the chance check out the chance to drive up a volcano at Capulin Mtn national monument. It is a pretty cool stop in the middle of no-where.

Default From Durango to Moab you should check out some awsome places:

The highway North through Silverton to Ouray is breathtakingly awesome. Check out the outdoor hot springs near Ridgeway. The hot springs pool is for the less adventerous in Ouray. Head West to Telluride for a day or two. Ski or just soak up some atmosphere. If you stay at the Inn at Lost Creek there's indoor heated parking. There's Mesa Verde in New Mexico, too.

Default Canyon deChelly Monument Valley and Moab along with a stop

at Mesa Verde will make a very exciting road trip. The Pueblo in Taos is a stop to make as well, people have been living there for over 900 years. You will have a lot of chioces from Durango, do you go north through Silverton and Ouray or west to Mesa Verde, Monument Valley, Canyon deChelly then north to Moab. Have fun enjoy.
