Default Hi.. new to AR forum but not AW...have Washer Reservoir Leak question??

My washer reservoir or tubing has a leak somewhere as my low water icon popped up.

I would like to see where its coming from. Would I need to remove the well pan and check underneath there or from hood (top)? If you guys can tell me where the tubing runs, it'll help me a lot of time.

I am coming from an '03 B6 A4 Avant, now an '01 AllRoad.

Thanks!

Default For what it's worth my indie just replaced my washer pump as it was throwing that code and the part

number is 1T0955651A washer pump...they tested for power and ground at washer pump connector, maybe someone with a Bentley's can tell you where to test....I was quoted the part at $79.88 but that is retail, not sure what it would be otherwise. Good luck and welcome to ar forum I too have an '01.

Default Washer pump is working....

I just noticed a water puddle underneath. Does the well pan require a T-30 torx like the headlights?

Default From underneath you can see the bottom of the reservoir, there's also a connector but you have to

remove the bumper to get at it.

Default FYI, i just had mine at the dealer because the line to the rear washer had broke somewhere and

when I ran the rear washer it would leak onto ground. they fixed under CPO warranty

Default The integral piping on my rear washer pump cracked so they replaced the entire wiper motor/pump

assembly. First indication was washer fluid leaking into the rear hatch cover below the triangle storage.

Default I had this same problem. Just had pump changed under CPO, but...

The tech must not have tested it, because it still leaks!! It's the line to the rear, I think.

Now I have to go back to the dealer! :-(
