High mileage Allroad - what to look out for ?

Seriously considering a high mileage (89,000) Allroad 2.5 manual box and wondered if this is a good idea and what to look out for at that sort of mileage

Really ? What should I be looking out for - the two I've seen (one manual and one auto/tiptronic) are both immaculate with FSH

Audi culprits like tie rod end failures and cam adjuster seal leaks (may not apply to 2.5) are costly while things like flasher relays and 20 minute air intake filter changes are minor hassles you just don't get with many other cars. I guess all that is why I still own two . . .
