This dent is very similar to the dent i got, maybe a little bigger.

I assume you intended to attach a picture, but even with one, unless someone here were a body shop estimator in your area and knew market labor rates and such, how would we know? Why not take it to a good shop and find out?
You can figure roughly $500 to fix and paint a panel, but there are many, many variables....
