How to remove the bottom cushion of rear seat?

My daughter made a mess in my car and I need to clean the back seat bottom cushion and the carpet. Does anyone here knows how to do it?

Push back where the front of the seat meets the carpet.There are 2 clips into the floor.Hope this helps
