If you 'Plasti-dip' it, you won't need to remove the grill...

That is what I want to do. What would I need to do to do that and make it look good?

No prep needed for plasti-dipping your grill, although it is obviously necessary to tape up(Painters tape works wonders) the surrounding parts, so you don't get them sprayed as well.
