How to remove the heater controls facia ?
Any info on how to remove the heater control facia..? I believe the small air intake fan behind it is squeeking and I want to take a look to see if I can fix the problem.

I just did this...
You need the 4 radio removal keys to pull out the radio first. Once you do this there are two hex nuts holding in the HVAC control head. Remove them. There is also a small tab that you need to push down on. This tab is located in the top of the HVAC unit just behind the frame. You see it when you remove the radio.

and don't unplug radio without security code...safe mode...not as fun as play mode
this little fan gets dust all over it and can be cleaned, but it doesn't mean that it corrects the problem. Be careful, and go slow, this part (climate control head) is $500+ at dealer.
