I have a question regarding boost... (this might be long)

I have the Buehn K03/16 hybrids, from what I understand, totally maxed out these turbos can potentially deliver up to 20psi.
My question is this, I have the GIAC software that delivers 1-bar with the car stock K03's. If my car has the ability to build boost higher than 1-bar, will the GIAC software cut the boost off at 1-bar by either via N75 or throttle cut? If so, what are the tuning tricks (lemmi?) to let the boost go as far as it can?

will need some way to fool N75 valve, like a manual boost controller, and a throttle cut defender that piggie sells(you can get manual boost controller from him also). You are going to need bigger injectors too, which is what you need lemmiwinks for, to tune your fueling after doing the other things.

..the amount of boost. You'll need an MBC or MBC/N75 modification to raise the boost. Keep in mind that if you deviate the "actual" and "expected" boost by too much the car will go into limp-mode. However, the GIAC software allows alot of play there.

In my conversation with Bob at Stratmosphere he specifically said their's is tunable by the tuner or by the chip maker for the specific set up you have.

?" after talking about his turbos being good for 20 psi as him wanting to reach 20 psi. He is going to need homebrew fueling(injectors),and throttle cut defender to reach those goals wouldn't you say?
