the door. I know its just a few seconds, but it annoys me when I drive the car after my wife and I have to stand there waiting for the seat to go far enough back that I can get my legs in.
Minor gripe. That is all.

when you are driving if for some reason a key is pushed that is associated with another driving position, it won't move into that position. The seat will only move automatically when the door is open.
It's a little annoying to me too...since my wife is 1 foot shorter than I am...and it takes a little while for that seat to move that far!

up on the door handle. I don't have to reach in a push the button inside the door. I just have to wait for the snail powered seat to whzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzKKKKK back into "my" spot.

Passat is the same. The Navigator I had the seats, mirror and pedals adjusted with the unlock using the key fob. The seat would only move with the vehicle in park regardless if the engine was running or not. Nice feature when you are on the road and only stop to change drivers.

And by the time I'm ready to get in, it's more or less where I need it to be. It adjusts fore/aft position first, then moves onto the inclination/height. So, at least I can get in sooner.
