I am assuming that everyone receives a phone call from AoA surveying various aspects of their service visit a few days after every dealer service visit. At the survey end the rep always asks "What feedback would you like to give Audi?" I always make it a point to tell them to "Bring the next generation allroad to the USA so we have something to buy when we need a new vehicle".

Perhaps if everyone did that we might see some results. Comments?

what's a dealer?! My indy just gives me a receipt and lots of change back :-)

My dealer must have had a deal with them NOT to call customers or they would get an ear full.

Still under warranty here; dealer gives great service and I in turn give them 5 stars each survey
