Hello

My Audi 2001 chrome gear shift plate ( interior decorative piece surrounding gear shift) has scratches on it. Is there a way to get a new one and replace it yourself? I was trying to locate one but not having much luck.

Mine was in the same shape, I got a replacement from Shokan, they sent me a clean one with much fewer scratches, very minimal, for about 65.00 if I remember correctly. It's been a while but I am pretty sure that was their charge.

there is a nice write up on audizine of someone that refinished the surround and it came out really good

just wish i could find it . . .
