Default Interm. Flashing Suspension Light?

So, I cycle my suspension almost daily to drive over the curb and through the yard to get parked in the driveway (my roommates car is worse than dead conveniently at the END of the driveway). So this morning, I pulled out of the yard and hit the button to go down to level one and while the leds were flashing, I got about 4 steady flashes on the instrument cluster of what I am assuming is the suspension light (car with arrows in it). What does this mean? It has flashed only once before and did it so quickly I thought I was seeing things. I cycled it through the settings again but didnt get the light. Am in for some fun repairs?

Default it could be nothing...

or it could be a warning. It is the CEL for the suspension.

Like all CELs you really can't tell the reason without a VAG Scan.

Default Usually that means it's not maving as fast as the computer thinks it should be

Which usually points to the valves.

But it could be completely normal if you were on a very steep grade when you saw it.

Could it be weather related? Its never really done it before. It was 15 degrees today. What made me really happy is that there was no sag at all and I parked it at level 4 last night (weve got some pretty high curbs). All it did was cycle the compressor on to charge the tank I guess and that was pretty short. The lights only flashed 4 times on the decrease of the suspension. I hit it to raise through all 4 settings and nothing lit up.

Cold temps?

Got it again this morning but this time it flashed for a good thirty seconds. also noticed that the compressor has been cycling on and off a lot lately. parked in level 3 last night and it was in level three this morning so im not thinking airbags.
