I am sure this has been dealt with before, but my search of the archives mostly confused me.
I want to be able to connect my iPod to my AR stereo system -- three options appear possible:
1. use one of the FM modulator setups. Feedback on those doohickeys is bad, at best, so I am not inclined to use it.
2. use one of the cassette insert setups, with a wire dangling out of the cassette deck to plug into the headphone jack.
3. hardwire into the stereo system. For my Boxster I will use the Becker AUX plug in the back of the stereo unit. I cannot find any information on the Bose unit to tell whether this is possible.
What advice can those who have gone down this path before offer --- better or worse solutions? Thanks for your suggestions.

because I cleaned out my website's pics. Anyhow, just go to www.autotoys.com, spend about 30 minutes going through their horrid website and you'll find an AUX input adapter for your allroad, similar to the thingy you used in your boxter. Hookup a cable from the aux adapter to the front of the car and you're solid.

As it seems to be a lot of issues with the ipod connectivity thrugh the blitzsafe adaptor (static noises and lack of output)
I'm currently using the cassete adaptor until I hear af a rock solid solution.
Anyway, has any of this issues been solved?
Thanks
