Not sure which year you have but if transmission needs repair, I seriously don't see you being able to get more than say 2 grand for it as is (which you'd have lost $6k). However, parting it out could bring triple that or more and isn't such a bad idea if you have the space for it, time, etc. Spending roughly $3k to have trans repaired may not be such a bad idea 'IF' after those repairs you could feel your now $11,000 allroad would hold up for say 3-4 fairly trouble free years in order to recoupe most of what you've spent via usage. However, I do understand your situation, as do most here. Best of luck . .
