ouch. one of the ONLY things good about where i live is that is 65 bucks no matter what the car...
but they stick it to ya with a 5.5% special Dane County tax... bass turds.

Just got mine in the mail yesterday. $202. There is a flat $150 for all cars
plus a little extra depending on the county. We used to have a "value based" formula that was brutal on new cars. My '65 Mustang used to be only $32 under that system. :-)

Yeah, here in New Mexico ("Where you can line in the U.S. and the Third World at the same time!"), it's only $46. Colorado, however, also has a sliding scale, and I remember sticker shock with a new A4, several years ago. HPH
