I agree 100% on the coating of the interior piece in a rubberized paint. My interior has a couple of spots (both front door handles and around the ignition switch) that look like crap. BUT, I still love this car.
allroadli, I'm on SI as well. I'm in Grasmere right near the VZ bridge. Maybe we can meet up one day and compare cars. I also just got mine a little over a week ago. I also have a 2001 S4 with 6 speed. For what it's worth, the interior of that car is perfect.
